SW WA Community Health Worker Listening Session
Share your Voice with the reconvening Task Force and celebrate 2018
with CHAPS & Pierce County CHW'S over a delicious lunch!
Legislators will soon be making decisions about the future of Community Health Workers. What does it take to be a CHW? What kind of training is needed? What should be required?
The reconvening Task Force wants the opinions and expertise of Community Health Workers in Washington State (paid or volunteer), and has asked SW CHAPS and Pierce County Networks to make this event happen. We decided to turn this listening session, (that will undoubtedly affect the future of CHW'S, Advocates, Promotores, etc.) into a social time as well! We wanted to bring everyone together for camaraderie, networking and a "We made it another year" celebration!
Enjoy food and drinks on us. We will reimburse your mileage to attend! Relax, we are even providing Child Care! All of this and more because WE WANT YOU THERE! And we appreciate your time. Not to mention all that you do to serve your Community all year long!
Please let us know if you need:
