THANK YOU SW CHAPS Southwest Washington Community Health Advocates and Peer Support Network for joining us for the Professionals and Peers Discussion:
Supporting our Youth Transitioning to Adulthood with a focus on mentoring for education, employment and social life skills.
What an informative and lively professional round-table talk!
A BIG THANK YOU to all who were able to attend our October network meeting. It was a diverse group, all of whom are passionate about helping our youth transition to adulthood in better ways. We appreciate you sharing about your organizations, experiences and personal testimonies. While we all acknowledge we cannot solve everything right now, it is our intention that as relationships form via networking and resource development, we will improve our responses to situations and be able to make an impact with rippling effects in our great community! We feel empowered by the willingness of so many desiring to work together and create a cohesive support system for those we serve. Thanks for being a part of this network!
